Today I assure you that it is possible for you to find peace, calm and serenity within yourself. I started practicing Yoga 11 years ago, and for the past 4 years I have been fully dedicated to sharing this life-changing practice and all the holistic therapies I have learned. I am proud to say that everyone is welcome to Mi Asana community. When we meet to share, we do so with intention and acceptance, without expectations and regardless of age, religion or special conditions. Consciousness gatherings can offer support, comfort, calm and stability, whether you have been practicing for years or have just started, there is always room to learn.
Our classes are focused on a mind-body connection. More than a physical practice, our sessions will help you release backed up tension, connect to your breath and give your body and mind a boost of oxygen.
